Hi,
I’ve read through posts and the help centre and can’t find a way to add an automatic discount to the entire cart of select customers on POS.
It would appear that I can use the discount feature to achieve this result, and specify customers in the ‘customer eligibility’ section, but can’t do it with automatic discounts.
Have I missed something?
@CJackson770 , Yes this is a limitation. There is no way to setup Automatic discounts only for POS or any other sepcific sales channel.

I’d like to recommend app Selly to offer discounts for select customers on POS.
In offer setting, you can enable customer eligibility option and create segment like the attached screenshots:
Then the discount will apply automatically on POS:
