Cant find it in settings to change the name of it

Current status: The store owner already tried this path and used the same words in the search, but nothing appears. They still cannot find the string to change.

Go into your Shopify Admin > Online Store > Themes > click the “…” button/menu next to your theme > select “Edit Default Theme Content”.
At the top of the page, search for the text you want to edit and then it should bring up the respective options.
