I sell some bracelet on my store with gold sign on it, and I wanted to add a variant from an other AliExpress seller which sell the exact same bracelet but with a black sign. I have copy the SKU of the variant with black sign in Dsers and past the SKU in a new variant on my shopify.
But there is a big problem, shopify tell me that the stock is 0 while the seller have 100 in stock, as you can see on the screenshot.
I spent my whole day on this problem and I’m desperate, that make no sense because when I add the black sign variant as a new product, the quantity is ok and shopify tell me 100 in stock… But not if I add it as a variant of an existant product.
As you can see on screenshots, the SKU is the same on Dsers (orange highlight) and on Shopify (blue highlight), the box “follow quantity” is checked (in French on the screenshot) and the quantity is 100 on Dsers and 0 on shopify… And if I go to my store, the variant is sold out…
