Is posible to add section which will show “available for order” or “Delivery in 2 weeks” on products? Or the best idea will be just to put this info into product title / description?

You can add a custom metafield or use dynamic text in your product templates to display “available for order” or “Delivery in 2 weeks.” This will allow you to show this info without altering the product title or description. You can update the metafield for each product as needed directly in the Shopify admin.
