I am creating orders via ADMIN REST API, the shop is using a UPS as shipping service.
How can I get available shipping rates for my order ?
I don’t have access to draft orders, or checkout_token.
All I have is read / write orders scope and read / write fullfillments scope.
Looks like there was a way how to do it on 2021 /2023 API versions, should use old API versions?
