Avalara Ending Returns for Small Business (RSB) - TaxJar or other suggestions?

Hi folks!

I logged in to Avalara today to start processing sales taxes for the month and had a nice banner telling me that Returns for Small Business (their product that replaced TrustFile) is going away this year. TrustFile was pretty great for us and when it died the year before the transition was anything but smooth. So rather than trust Avalara to do fully managed service I’m going to shop around for a new provider.

We remit to 14 states now and probably more in the future. We have a mix of returns we file ourselves and some we prefer to automate. TaxJar seems like the best option right now, but I am wondering what other folks are using and what their experience might be.
