I’m trying to speak with someone in the chat support it’s COMPLETELY USELESS the chat stays in LOOP driving me crazy. I have an account that I dont remember the email, user anything but I can see it’s being charge to my card I want to cancel forever!!! it’s an absurd a platform like this make the user to pass through this.

Provide a human to speak NOT ONLY BOT!!! I need a phone number or a way to discuss my case. I dont know the username / email anything regarding to the account that I created but I can see the charrging coming to my card.

I WANT TO CANCEL!!!

If you don’t remember the email or account details but can see charges on your card, try contacting Shopify’s Billing team through this account recovery form. You’ll need to provide the last four digits of the card being charged and some basic information. This form helps Shopify verify your account so you can stop the charges and cancel the account.
