B2B - Creating different top menu for B2B store

Finalizing work on our B2B store. I spoke with Ben at one-to-one B2B yesterday and he was. I would like to have a different (smaller) menu for our B2B store and he suggested how to do that.

So I create a smaller menu in Shopify and save it as something other than Main Menu.

When I go into themes and select B2B and put the new smaller Menu in the navigation area (replacing Main Menu), it changes the menu on BOTH the B2C store AND the B2B store.

How do I apply a new menu to ONLY the B2B store please??

To fulfill this you can create new product and collection template and use our custom code to apply the changes.
