If you are not seeing any emails from us, please reach out to our live support team for further support. Once they verify your credentials, they can open up back end information and dig deeper to see what is happening.
If you are a customer however, trying to reach the store, you can try replying to the order confirmation email you would’ve received from them. Otherwise, you can simply check back at a later time to see if the store is back and running again.
