Hi all,

I am using Shopify Flow Automations also for back in stock product flows - but it is only possible to send to subscribed members only. Does anyone has the same issue solved already, since it would be really good to have that mail sent to all persons.

You shouldn’t send marketing emails to non-subscribed customers. That said, there is nothing preventing you from simply exporting your customers and using a third party email app.

Depends on what app you’re using to send e-mails as Flow itself can only send e-mail to staff addresses preset in flow.

Also – though this may not be the right thing to do, but you can make the customer “subscribed” with flow (which may make sense since they kinda subscribed to product updates :slight_smile: )
