Thank you for the link to your store. When I follow the link I am taken to an active password page, which means the account is active and the website is published.
Can you share what kind of issues are you having when you attempt to login? I recommend disabling any VPNs you might be using, clearing your browser cache and cookies and trying on multiple devices/internet connections to help narrow down the issue.
