My shopify background video was working previously however after looking on the website, the background video no longer shows and it shows no image. Is there any way I can fix this?

I added a background video into the code of my website and it has been working fine for the past couple days. But now when I search in my website and when I go on my shopify admin it simply says no image even though I haven’t changed the code.
