Hi,
I ran a report for my ‘Partially Paid’. Orders that have ‘balance is currently unauthorized’ are not showing on report. (see red box on order attached). Please explain what ‘balance is currently unauthorized’ means? Also, why does this partially paid order not show on my partially paid report?
