Balance "you owe customer" after editing an order

Hi there !

After editing an order and adding / removing a product, Shopify always tells me that there is a Balance and that we owe something to the customer.

When I look in the orders list everything looks fine https://share.getcloudapp.com/bLu0n8Ap it’s just when I’m on tye Order page.

So I don’t know if this is impacting our sales numbers, or if it’s just a glitch in the Order page UX…

Lastly, to add more confusion, when I look in the sales report, I only see the price of the original order, and not the revised price. But maybe that should be another topic !

Hey there, we have same issue, be good to know how to remove the “balance owing” as we created new order for the same product at $0.00 charge to customer, yet this still appears as a negative in the daily orders page for products removed from original “fulfilled” orders.

Did either of you ever find a solution to this? Thank you!
