Hello.
I cannot receive payouts due to the bank account details being incorrect or do not match what shopify has on their system. My bank details are 100% correct. I have contacted support many times, and received a support ticket. I still have not been able to fix the error or be paid out.
How long does it take to resolve this issue? it seems very common, I cannot go live until I can receive payments. I am posting here to raise awareness to get this problem solved. Does anyone know how long I will have to wait?
