I’m having a serious issue with my bank account details. It seems I may have mistyped the number, or the account might be locked for security reasons. Now I can’t do anything because I need to confirm my old account (which was mistyped), and all my payouts are currently on hold.
I created a support ticket over a week ago and haven’t gotten any response, even after multiple follow-ups. I understand that bank details are sensitive and probably need to be handled by a special team, but I’m in a tough spot because I need to pay my warehouse rent and employee payroll, and this is my only source of income.
Has anyone experienced something similar? Any advice on how to get this escalated or resolved faster?
