I am attempting to connect my Bank account to my Facebook Commerce which has the items that I am looking to sell. When adding my Business Account’s Routing and Bank Account numbers, I get the following error message: “Cannot create a payment account for Commerce Account. Please visit Shopify app to update a payment account.”
I am inputing my bank information correctly and the bank information on my Shopify account matches up. Looking for a fix to this problem.
