Banner Image does not resize properly for mobile

Hi everyone! My banner image is not resizing properly for mobile devices. I tried the solution here: https://community.shopify.com/c/Shopify-Design/Image-with-text-overlay-doesn-t-resize-properly-on-mobile/m-p/546625 and it didn’t work. Any suggestions? Hello There,

  1. In your Shopify Admin go to online store > themes > actions > edit code
  2. Find Asset >theme.scss.css and paste this at the bottom of the file:
@media screen and (max-width: 749px){
div#Hero-hero-1 {
height: 66vw;
}
}
