Hi I have a problem I used tutorials to make a banner in canva. But when I uploaded it it looks not good.. on mobile version left side and right of the banner is cut.. desktop as well not looking good… what size exactly I need to use in canva to make a banner so it will fit it?? please help I’m new in shopify..
Have you chosen a mobile-responsive theme or template? Also, remember to use CSS relative width values (for example, set it to 100%).
Thank you for reply. Well.. I’m not sure… I choose the free theme for now as I just started and have no money for paid themes.. My theme is Dawn. What I need to do then??

I will Always Recommended you use Adobe Photoshop. Canvas Design Not Perfect. So Try Adobe Photoshop. If you can’t understand Photoshop You can search How To Use Adobe Photoshop. Then You can following their step.
