I am having an issue with my banners. While editing my work everything shows up wonderfully, and works great, but once I try to view it from an open tab on my laptop or my android cell phone the banners will not load, but seem to load on an iphone. I am not able to add the link to my store here since it does require a password to view the store. But here is a bit of what I did. I added some banners and everything was fine until I added an additional tab on my menu section which was to subscribe, then added one more banner, pressed save and that’s when my problem began. I then removed what I added and unfortunately the banners are still not showing up at all. All my banners were made by me in Canva and uploaded to the store. I was not notified that anything I was doing was erroring in any way shape or form. I truly hope someone can help me.
