For months and months, I’ve been humming along with no issues, and then last week the barcode on the bottom of our printed receipts stopped printing. Have made no changes to the settings, I’ve double-checked ( see Pic).
The missing barcode makes it hard to do returns. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? any suggestions?
We use POS lite and an Ipad, with a Star printer..
The only that changed is about a month ago we add a handheld POS GO device It works great and we use it rarely but it was added to our system. We do not have it print receipts, in fact, it gets used mostly for doing inventories and pricing. I’m not sure if it coincided with the change in receipts because I only noticed the missing barcode when someone tried to do a return.
I’m stumped. I reached out to Shopify support and they were no help, I’m not just saying that.. no help at all, so I am hoping someone out here in the community may be able to help.
