Baseline Theme: MOBILE: Add a optional second row for "media split"

Hey Community!

Our website ins running on BASELINE Theme by Switch Themes.

We’re trying to add a second row to the “media split” on mobile. On desktop there’s 2 rows by default - but for mobile there’s only 1 row. Could anybody point us in the right direction how to have both rows from desktop on mobile, too?
