Hi everyone,
I need advise on how to report and take action regarding this issue. I have been getting in contact with shopify for over 4 weeks now regarding my payout and the payment department are not responding back. I have 2 escalated tickets regarding this issue and yet no response. I have messaged the support advisors over 30 times for the past 4 weeks and this issue is not resolved. All they say is that they cannot get in contact with the other department. But this issue is causing issues with my cashflow and could potentially have to go bankrupt cause of it. Any advise will be helpful!
