Behaviour on shop/redact and uninstall on reinstall

A quick question related to the behaviour of webhooks when the user is uninstalling and reinstalling.

If the user reinstalls the app before the shop/redact fires (before the 48 hours), will the shop/redact then still fire, or will it be halted? I can’t seem to find any information about this in the documentation.

If a user reinstalls the app within the 48-hour window before the shop/redact webhook is triggered, then typically Shopify cancels the shop/redact webhook, meaning it does not fire. This is because the store is considered active again, and there’s no need to proceed with data deletion. The shop/redact webhook is mainly meant to fire only if the app remains uninstalled after that 48-hour period.
