I’ve just downloaded a free country blocker from the Shopify App Store. Might be worth you doing the same, hoping it helps. I wouldn’t bother replying to these people as it only encourages them, I just close the conversation and then block them!!

I am having the same problem, I receive 15- 20 messages a day 24 hours a day. It’s ridiculous now. Started about 2 days ago. I block everyone and they just start again with a different name. I love Shopify but I’m now starting to think I need to move as this is getting out of control,

I set up the country blocker and now I hardly get any. If you only ship to 1 country I suggest doing the same.

I just relaunched my store and I am being inundated with these messages and they are often rude and will not stop the aggressive behavior.
