'Bespoke' sizing variant to open a pop-up box for customers to specify their body measurerements

Hey dear community. We are a fashion brand and want to offer a ‘bespoke’ option for our customers to specify their body dimensions. I managed to add the ‘Bespoke’ variant to the sizes. Now, we would like that once it is clicked, it opens a pop-up window where customers can specify their body dimensions. Is this possible?

It is possible to submit a product note alongside a product when it is added to the cart using:

And then the users can add this in. However, I’m guessing there would be more than a single measurement which will require this to be built using a bit of JavaScript so the users can enter their size and then the JavaScript code will update the values in the text field so once it is submitted it will come through with the order. It will be too specific a feature to write out all the code here.
