Yes, charges are for automated whatsapp messages sent using API. Not for all messages that you receive in reply from customers or you chat using shared inbox.
No one charges for replies. Your API message cost is too much, you are asking for markup on meta costs apart from platform fees. I did’t find it useful if 0 markup cost messaging options are available. Thanks for your reply. Have a good day.
As I replied, There are many feature available with lowest monthly subscription fees.
And not only for replies, but instead of just 1000 inbox messages, we are not charging for any of those messages which you sent using shared inbox from API number (using API) also.
