The best one i’ve used for price, functionality and customization is Unicorn: https://apps.shopify.com/unicorn

It’s used by fashion stores and stores that want their branding to look on point. It also has multiple carts for different markets so you can promote different offers e.g. US cart vs AU cart. You can also create your own shipping protection without having to pay for another app.
