I have had My shopify store for about 9 months now and have not done anything with it. I am getting a lot of people who have paid programs for mentoring and marketing; however, I have cold feet. The only product I ordered from the store to see it came and it did not work. I am looking for someone who is willing to guide me or give me some advice.
Hello, I have a few suggestions I think could help out in your current situation.
It seems that the check out process has some issues. You should get a developer or designer to check on this unless you would most likely not be able to make any sales from your store.
You would need some form of marketing to be honest. However, you could probably do this yourself if you are still skeptical about hiring someone for that. I would recommend focusing on the twitter and Tik tok platforms.
In your store, put an add to cart button on each product page. This is shown to increase activity in the store as it makes it easier for customers to add products that they like to their carts.

yeah I have a hard time trying to operate the checkout! I had someone design the store for me. I’ll have to figure out how to add the stuff. I took up blender 3d animation to see if I could make a logo and use it for product marketing but am still trying to work on that.
