Hi! I’m a vintage clothing store based in Spain, and I’m looking for a cross-listing app to pull my products from Shopify and migrate those listings to resale platforms like Depop, Vinted, Grailed, and Vestiaire. Which tool do you think is the best for this?
I tried “Crosslist,” but it’s not available in Spain, and I also tried “List Perfectly,” but it doesn’t have the feature to transfer products directly from Shopify to other platforms — it only lets you post from platforms like eBay.
I currently have more than 600 products, so doing this manually would be a complete nightmare. Can anyone recommend the best option for cross-listing in my situation?

The main reason you’re running into this issue is that platforms like Depop, Vinted, Grailed, and Vestiaire don’t provide fully open APIs for third-party integrations. Because of that, most cross-listing tools can’t pull products directly from Shopify and publish them automatically the way they do with marketplaces like eBay.
That’s also why tools like Crosslist or List Perfectly have limited functionality with Shopify or aren’t available in certain regions.
For stores with larger catalogs like yours (600+ products), the usual workaround is using a cross-listing manager that supports those platforms combined with a Shopify product export (CSV) to speed up the listing process.
If you share which marketplace you prioritize the most (Depop, Vinted, etc.), I can suggest the setup that tends to work best for your vintage stores.

If your focus is Depop, Grailed, and Vestiaire, the tools most sellers in the vintage space tend to use are Vendoo or List Perfectly. They’re not fully connected to Shopify because those platforms don’t provide open APIs, but they make cross-listing a lot easier and let you duplicate listings across marketplaces instead of starting from scratch every time.
With a catalog your size, the usual approach is exporting your products from Shopify and then importing them into one of those tools to speed up the listing process across platforms.

The thing is, Vendoo and List Perfectly aren’t available for EU-based stores like mine. I tried Vendoo yesterday and ran into the same issue, and List Perfectly doesn’t operate in Europe either. Right now, I’m manually updating each listing one by one through Shopify first, and then manually listing them again on Grailed. It’s a lot of work.
