I’m looking for a tool or app that can help me manage and replenish my inventory more efficiently.

Ideally, I want something that can:

  • Suggest which products I need to reorder

  • Recommend how much quantity to order based on sales trends or stock levels

  • Possibly provide low stock alerts or automated reorder points

Does anyone have any recommendations or tools they’ve used for this purpose?

Hi @WestuiMerchant ,
For smart inventory management and reordering, here are some great Shopify apps to consider:

  • Assisty – Inventory Management: AI forecasting, reorder suggestions, low-stock alerts.
  • Stockbot Inventory Forecasting: Suggests what and how much to reorder.
  • Merchbees Low Stock Alert: Sends alerts when items hit custom stock levels.
  • Sumtracker: Includes purchase orders, forecasting, and multi-channel sync.

Recommendation: Start with Assisty or Stockbot - both give smart reorder recommendations, alerts, and trend analysis without needing complex setup.

I have been using Sumtracker for syncing multi channel inventory but it also provides low stock alerts and purchase orders, so it basically gives what you require with other features. I also got recommended by someone here on the community itself and it’s the best affordable inventory management tool I have used so far

Hey there :waving_hand:,

That’s a great question and you’re definitely thinking in the right direction. Managing and replenishing inventory efficiently is key to keeping your store running smoothly.

Yes, there are tools and apps that can help with everything you mentioned automated low stock alerts, reorder suggestions, and quantity recommendations based on your sales data.

I can actually help you set one up and customize it so it fits your store perfectly. Once it’s connected, you won’t have to stress about running out of stock or over-ordering again.

DM me, and I’ll walk you through the best options and help you fix it up step by step. :wrench::package:

But they won’t help in inventory management right?

Hey,

We can help with managing replenishments in store and managing the inventory. Pimsical

You can set min and max replenishment limits (similar to what stocky had) and the ability to generate transfers to our app in Shopify, its all embedded into Shopify Admin and POS so no new tools to learn.
We also do stock takes and ad hoc stock adjustments on POS, so if you need help managing inventory in stores, please let me know!

We’ve got a 14 day free trial but happy to extend this for your testing if you need longer

Please let me know if I can help in anyway,
Jordan

Most inventory tools are built for big warehouses — overkill for small stores.
For my own clients, I usually suggest a basic alert system first. I built one called Elevix:Low Stock Alert — it sends daily low-stock summaries so you can reorder before stockouts happen.
If you only need alerts and not full inventory syncing, something like this can save a lot of time.
