Best Method to Attribute POS Sales from Physical Store to Meta Pixel? Considering Zapier & HubSpot

Hello everyone,

I’m looking to connect our physical store’s POS sales to our Meta Pixel for better ad attribution. We currently run our business using Shopify POS and want to ensure our offline (in-store) sales are being tracked accurately on Meta, ideally attributing them to specific ad interactions.

I’m considering using Zapier in combination with HubSpot to create an automation that can pull offline events, like in-store purchases, and automatically upload them to Meta. However, I’d love some advice from anyone who’s successfully done this or has recommendations for other reliable methods.

Here’s what I’m looking to achieve:

  1. Automated data pull from Shopify POS for offline events.
  2. Seamless upload of in-store purchases to Meta Pixel to match offline events with ad interactions.
  3. Ideally, a solution that minimizes manual data handling to keep everything as efficient as possible.

I’m open to other tools if they can streamline this process. Any insights on best practices, specific apps, or integration setups would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance!

To connect Shopify POS offline sales to Meta Pixel, consider using Shopify’s Facebook integration or Meta’s Conversions API. Tools like Zapier can automate data transfer from Shopify to HubSpot, which can then push offline events to Meta. Ensure customer data is synced for matching. Look into direct Conversions API setups for efficiency and better ad attribution tracking.
