Phone customer service (9am-4pm eastern time). Return voicemails from over the weekend. Send drop ship orders Responds to chat messages (website, Facebook, and Instagram). Constantly following up with the vendors for the backordered items as needed soliciting specific requests. Entering tracking information on Shopify to notify customers about their shipment. If an item is out of stock or backordered, research other suppliers who may have item in stock before issuing refund or cancellation.Update inventory monthly.
