Best Recurring Subscription Billing App That DOESNT lock sub details in

Hi guys,
what is the best subscription billing app for monthly recurring membership/subscription that doesnt lock in subscriptions to their platform or allow for transfer.
E.g If i was with stripe for example, and customers signed up for a Reoccurring subscription and stripe for whatever banned that account, all subscription tied to that platform are lost. I want the flexibility basically to be able to transfer subs across whatever payment processor[s] if that makes sense.
