What’s the best Review / loyalty / rewards program I can use with Shopify for my Champagne selling company?
@LAtelier2024 we run a Cashback app called “Dollarback” that allows you to setup cashback % / $ amount per product / collection / for the entire store + we also allow you to combine this with Customer segments / tags as well. The main differentiating factor here is that we reward using store credit instead of points (ie - real money, not virtual currency or points).
For reviews - I suggest you check out the folks over at Judge.me as they’re doing a really amazing job with their product (we’re looking to integrate soon!)
For example here is a real configuration from one of the stores that’s running our app! As you can see - they have setup 3% for some collections and 5% for others + also segregated based on customer type to give a higher % reward for their VIP customers.
And here are the results they’ve been seeing in just the past month. ~40%+ redemption rate. For context, the industry benchmark is 18%.
Best part is that you can show exactly how much a customer would earn for purchasing a certain product from the store. The app has extensions for the product page, cart page, checkout (plus only), thank you page and also on account pages

We are in early testing with several brands using Brandpay, which we built with Instagram, and initially test with 100 physical stores, and has just now integrated with Shopify: https://apps.shopify.com/brandpay
It allows a brand to reward customers instantly when they post IG content, and rewards per like the customer gains on their content (can set limits and approvals). The customer then earns your brand currency, which can be spent back at your store (converting to a gift card).
Whilst its new for Shopify stores, in physical store testing, it’s generating millions of UGC impressions for brands (much more trusted content), and customers are returning to spend their earnings much faster, and are spending on average 130% above their earnings in cash at the basket checkout.
