I’m using WordPress theme “Adventure Tours” on my web store but since I’m willing to migrate my store on Shopify therefore need suggestions which theme is most suitable for my website.

Be aware shopify does not have native scheduling or reservation systems. Any such business need will requires booking apps, or custom app development.
Instead of migrating are you aware you can embed buy buttons on your existing site.

Asking for “best X for Y” is a trap , just basing it on industry or business model alone omits too many real feature requirements such as layout, tags design, etc etc .
If the current theme has an pure html+css+js version that can be useed as a base to convert it to be a shopify theme.
