It’s hard to actually to tell you a specific name because there are lot of Shopify themes available and also it will depend on the final design or wireframe as themes may be required to be customised to meet your specific needs.
Also depending on your budget you can opt for a free Shopify theme or a paid one either Shopify or third party. The difference being that you may be to customize a free theme to meet your needs and a paid one would actually do most of the heavy lifting in terms of the design. You will obviously need to research a bit to look for a theme that mostly meets your layout requirements without the need to modify code.
