Better shipping rate app

I need an app that will allow me to control shipping rates based on cart amount NOT per vendor.

shopify shipping is a giant dumpster fire the way they force your shipping rate onto each vendor with no option to make it for total cart amounts.

Current shipping rate apps that “fix” shopify’s limitations are apps that, as far as I know, apps that only work on the very pricey shopify plans PLUS their fee. I can’t do that and I don’t want to since shopify should just have this very basic feature already.

Doing all of that with the cost and effort is quite a lot just to be able to charge a simple shipping rate.

I need an app that fixes this problem on shopifys basic plan.

I’m not a developer and wouldn’t know where to start but this is a very important thing and A LOT of shops would agree!

So come on app makers! lets see it!

I hear you. Shopify’s built-in shipping rules can be frustrating, especially on the Basic plan. Unfortunately, most advanced shipping rule apps (like Advanced Shipping Rules or Parcelify) require Shopify’s Carrier-Calculated Shipping (CCS), which is only available on higher-tier plans or as a paid add-on :slightly_smiling_face:

But you can try Intuitive Shipping or Bespoke Shipping. Some apps offer more flexibility with shipping rates based on cart total, and they may have workarounds for Basic plan users. Or, if you have a limited number of shipping scenarios, you might be able to create multiple shipping profiles with different rates per cart total.
