hey everyone, I am here to Just to inform you that its time to re think which SHopping hosting company we need to rely on .
I have my store registered with shopify and it was having decent orders and everything, It was registered on google merchant and good amount of ads were running on it .
My primary payment method was not charged due to insufficent balance so I added card from my partner as secondary payment method. As i Updated the card into billing section Shopify took my store on hold with message “we’ll back soon”

They have asked for the documents I have provided all the documents and now my store is still inaccessible. Those who work on google merchant may better know that if domain is not live they can terminate and suspend your account . i have talked to support like 5 to 6 times , their ■■■■■■ system takes whole store down instead of making hold on my admin panel . My customers will be panic and make chargeback when they will not see store there . My Google merchant account which i have approved after months of hardwork will get suspended and I will not be able to signup … All because of Shopify’s strange policy to make store inaccessible , who will pay for my loss ? who will make another google merchant account for me. If my customer opens chargeback who will be responsible for that . I will definitely going for a legal action if they continued to do like this. I have contacted to support like 5 6 times and all I can get is " verification takes time" . ok fine it takes time , but meanwhile why i have to suffer ? why my customers have to suffer ? its your incompetent system not my fault , why my account is on hold ??
I really need to get my store ONLINE on time else I will be in problem. But shopify’s Sh**ty policies just pissing me off. Their Customer support and email support is just useless they can make a good speech but they will never help you when you really need
