Billing Issue – Charged for uninstalled app

Dear Shopify Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I recently tried out an app called “Atlas: AI Store Builder” from the Shopify App Store. After installing and testing it, I decided to uninstall it shortly afterward, as I wasn’t satisfied with the results.

However, I’ve now noticed that I’m still being asked to pay for the app despite no longer using it. I would like to confirm that I do not wish to be charged for this app, and I kindly request assistance to ensure that this charge is removed from my billing. I only wish to continue paying for my Shopify subscription, not for any uninstalled apps.

Could you please look into this and advise on how to proceed? I am happy to provide any additional details if needed.

Charges from apps in Shopify are the responsibility of the app developers, as described here even if uninstalling an app if a charge was accepted by merchant. I would suggest reaching out to the Atlas: AI Store Builder support team on their app page.
