Billing page is not loading and got a (phishing?) email on the 3D verification on my next bill

Hey, anyone else ran into this problem:

  • Billing page not loading (“problem loading this page”) atleast for 8 or so hours?
  • No request for action on the home page
  • Received an email (alleged) from Shopify requesting 3D verification for billing purposes, which is something I have been requested to do before

Can you replicate the issue in Google Chrome Incognito mode? If no, then it’s likely connected to either your cache/cookies or one of your browser extensions. As for the email, I would forward it to safety@shopify.com so our team can review it further.
