If you’re unsure what store you’re being billed for, you can use our Recovery Tool. The tool requires you to enter your email address and the system will email you a list of store(s) associated with the email address you entered.
If you already know the email that is connected to the store, you can filter your email inbox by looking for Shopify/Shopify Billing. Once you’ve located the bill, it should give you a breakdown of the billing including any apps you’ve installed, taxes, fees, your subscription etc. I’ve included a screenshot below of what the billing email should look like.
Let us know if you’re having issues on your end locating this email. You can also log into your Shopify admin to view more detailed information by going to Settings > Billing.
I found the store it is attached to. It’s deactivated like I thought it was. Why am I still being charged 51 dollars a month?

Could you also advise if you were able to find the invoice in your email inbox? If so, could you share a screenshot (please be sure to blur any sensitive information.)
No invoice came to the email at all, ever.

In that case, it would be best to connect with our authenticated Support team through the Shopify Help Center, so we can take a look at your account and determine where the bill is coming from.
If you’re still able to log into your Shopify account, you can follow the steps in our Help Center resource to cancel your subscription and deactivate your Shopify store to avoid future billing. Once the store has been successfully closed, you’ll receive a confirmation email confirming this.
