Hi @kengur

It means whenever your bill is over 200$, money will be debited from your payment method added towards Shopify. Apart from the monthly Shopify hosting costs, sometimes merchants have paid apps on there store which contribute towards the total bill of the month. Your threshold is 200$, whenever your monthly bill exceeds that, you will be automatically be charged even before your actual billing date.
