We currently have a repeat offender who is a scammer who tries to order 4-5 times a week using different names, phone numbers and multiple cards. However, the shipping address stays the same.
We are getting to a point where constantly refunding these cards is starting to affect our KPIs due to the shire amount.
Is there a way in the checkout to block this shipping address before the customer can use someone else’s card to purchase?
Take a look at Address Blocker using the Checkout Blocks app. Careful on how you setup your blocking rules, as to not prevent legitimate buyers. Test to ensure all works properly.

Thankyou for your reply. I did look at this app but the checkout blocks only let you hide types of addresses not specific addresses. So would be looking for something different
