Blank Space Above Announcement Bar - Dawn Theme

Hi,

I have a blank space above my announcement bar that only appears in the preview window for my site and when I choose “middle left” for my logo placement:

When I keep my current “top centre” logo placement it doesn’t show this blank space but it does still show it within the preview screen. Not sure how to fix this problem?
