BlissfulRestSA - I did not receive my goods

Is BlissfulrestSA on Facebook and Instagram a scam? Have they actually bought and delivered any stock to clients in South Africa? I bought goods from them and have not received anything. Their telephone and address are fake. Shopify should properly vet who uses their platform. This is a disgrace.
