Blocked account

Hi i would like to know what to do if shopify blocked my account i heavnt checked my emails in almost 2weeks i when i tried loggin in to my shop to finish redesigning my store i got locked out and said that my store is no longer available i quickly ran to emails to see if i can contact shopify but found they sent me an email that i was in violation of something i dont even know what they talking about can anybody help
