Blockshop Theme - How do I add more background colour options to Image with text?

Hi,

Please would someone be able to show me how I can add more background colour options than the 4 that come with the theme?

I would like to use multiple “Image with Text” blocks on the homepage to highlight our products. We have photographed the products on different coloured backgrounds and would like to change the background colour of each “image with text” block to match the background colour of the photo.

I tried doing this by changing the accent colour. This changes the accent colour for all blocks so I need to find a way to add more colour options to the drop down menu.
