is it possible to add a text block and buttons below the title of the blog within blogs?

i want to have the possiblity to add a text block below the button. However that is currently not possible…

Also below the text block i want to have the possiblity to add CTA buttons like below example
-Want to add name of the buttons
-add link behind it
-and decide the color of the button
