Blog Post HTML Editor Bug: HTML View Deletes All Content

Today (26/07/2023) if you click to view the HTML content of a blog post, it triggers the entire html to be deleted when you return to the visual editor mode.

Steps to replicate:

  1. Create content in the normal visually editor of a blog.
  2. Click the html view.
  3. Click the visual editor view - and all content will be removed.

I’ve tested on multiple sites after the new Shopify backend design change, and they’re having the same issue.

I also experienced this bug last night. Is it solved?

I can confirm that as of 27/07/23 08:00 UK time, the issue has been fixed on the sites I manage.
